Kate Comer

Kate has been teaching and practising yoga and mindfulness passionately for many years, to all ages and abilities. She predominantly teaches in London and the UK where she resides but has also taught in Australia, India, USA and Europe.

Drawn to a wide variety of practices she has undergone various trainings including Hatha, yin, meditation, gentle, restorative, nidra, pre and post natal, children's, teens, beginners, flow and restore, hot, Tapasya and Bikram.

Her YES Club (Yoga, Exercise and Song) offers fun, engaging, creative classes, workshops and events (on-line and in person) for children, families, schools and communities. These are inclusive and promote strength, flexibility and vitality for the mind, body and spirit amongst many other benefits.

Kate currently teaches for Triyoga, the Little Houses Group (Jaego’s house) and privates, workshops, retreats and events. She has taught for the NHS, the BBC, schools, nurseries and many studios and has collaborated on well-being projects with the NHS, various London councils, festivals and charities like Kidney Cancer UK and The Flying Seagull Project.
