Kate has been teaching yoga for many years and is trained to teach a wide variety of styles to all ages and abilities. She also teaches mindfulness and well-being.
Her YES Club (Yoga, Exercise and Song) offers fun, engaging, creative classes, workshops and events (on-line and in person) for children, families, schools and communities. These are inclusive and promote strength, flexibility and vitality for the mind, body and spirit.
Her FEEL GOOD FRIDAYS well-being class at 9.30-10.30 each Friday via Zoom, is for everyone. She also teaches for triyoga, Toddlers Inn, Islington and Camden council and Kidney Cancer UK.
